Abandoned Vehicles
An abandoned vehicle is a vehicle parked on public roadways that has not been attedended to for more than 24 hours. A derelict vehicle is a vehicle parked on public roadways that is missing major components and renders it inoperable. You may report it on-line at honolulu.gov/csdavcomplaints, or call them at 532-7700 ext. 250.


Sidewalks
If the area from the curb (or road edge in the case of unimproved sidewalk setback) to the private property line shows evidence of being cracked, uplifted, blocked by overgrowth, obstruction (other than by vehicles which Honolulu Police Department handles via 911), or hole, etc., call the Housing Code Section at 768-8159 or go to Honolulu City and County website and click on Have a Problem to Report?

Curbside Recycling
Since November 2008 we have participated in the Recycling program. Grey cans are picked up only on Saturdays, and on Wednesdays the blue and green cans are alternately picked up.

Building Street Usage Permits for Construction - Any property owner who is planning on construction that will require a dumpster be placed on a public street must comply with the related rules and regulations. The informational guide for the street usage permit may be found on the City and County of Honolulu website under "Street Usage Permits for Construction" at http://www.honolulu.gov/dts/usage/street.htm.

 

Bulk Trash Pick up - You need to have your bulk trash ready for pick up on the fourth Monday of the month. BULKY Items will be on the fourth Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. For more information, visit the Department of Environmental Services - Refuse Division website.

Green Waste is picked up on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month.
